Amazon consulting for brands that have a team
Your people do the work; I make sure it's the right work. You get a clear plan from someone who runs his own Amazon brands, then a second set of eyes whenever you need one.
Launch Plan
A fixed-fee engagement that ends with a plan your team can follow, step by step.
- Product and category review: what sells, what needs approval, what to avoid
- Competition and pricing: where your product fits and what it should sell for
- Fees and margins: what Amazon will take, and what's left for you
- Fulfillment choice: FBA, AWD or shipping it yourself
- Launch budget, including advertising, and a realistic timeline
- A step-by-step checklist your team can follow, in order
Amazon Advisor
Ongoing access to an experienced operator while your team runs the channel.
- Regular check-in calls on a schedule that suits you
- Review of listings, images and ads before they go live
- A second opinion on pricing, promotions and inventory decisions
- Help when something breaks: suppressed listings, account notices, stuck shipments
- Monthly look at the numbers: what's working and what to change
Questions about consulting
Who is consulting a good fit for?
Brands that have people to do the work but no one who has run an Amazon brand before. If you'd rather hand the work off entirely, a done-for-you launch is the better fit.
Can we start with a plan and hand off later?
Yes. You can start with a Launch Plan, then decide whether your team runs it, I advise, or I take it over.
What does it cost?
The Launch Plan is a fixed fee. Amazon Advisor is a monthly fee. Both are quoted up front after a free call.
Let's talk about your brand.
Tell me where you are with Amazon and I'll get back to you personally. If it's a fit, we'll set up a free 30-minute call.
I work with a small number of brands at a time, so each one gets me, not an account manager. If I'm full, I'll tell you when I can start.
