Privacy Policy
1. What I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form or book a call: your name, email, phone number, brand and website, where you are with Amazon, a link to your Amazon store, and anything you write in your message. When you become a client: billing details, intake answers, product information and files you upload.
Information collected automatically. Pages you visit, how you got here, your general location, device and browser, collected through analytics tools and cookies. The form's bot check also sees your IP address.
Amazon account data. If you are a client and authorize access, I can see your Seller Central and advertising data: listings, sales, inventory, fees, orders and campaign performance. That data can include limited customer details from your orders.
2. How I use it
To answer you, prepare for and hold calls, and send the information you ask for.
To deliver the services you buy, bill you, and keep records the law requires.
To understand which pages help people and improve the site.
To send occasional follow-up email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
3. Your Amazon data
I use the data from your Amazon accounts only to do the work you hired me for. I handle it under Amazon's data protection policy, don't use it for any other client, and never sell it.
Amazon account data and the access tokens you authorize are stored in Microsoft Azure: tokens and credentials in Azure Key Vault, account data in Azure SQL. They are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), and are not copied into the other services listed below.
Customer details from your orders are used only where needed for the service, such as fulfillment or a support case, and are not kept longer than the work requires.
You can remove my access at any time in Seller Central and the advertising console. Within 30 days of you revoking access or our work ending, whichever comes first, I delete your Amazon account data and access tokens.
4. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site. Vercel Analytics measures page views without cookies. YouTube videos on the site only load when you press play.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (opens in a new tab). The site works fine either way.
5. How long I keep it
Inquiries that don't become clients are kept for up to 3 years so I have context if you get in touch again, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then as long as tax and business records require. Amazon account data is the exception: it is deleted within 30 days of revoked access or the end of our work.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from email at any time. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, have to be kept for legal reasons.
7. Security
Amazon account data and credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, as described above. Other information is kept in the accounts of the services listed below, protected by passwords and two-step verification where offered. I never ask for your Amazon password, two-step codes or full payment details. No system is perfectly secure, and I will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
8. Children
This site and these services are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be emailed to current clients.
10. Services that handle your information
These companies process information for me under their own privacy and security terms.
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics
- Measure how the site is used.
- Cloudflare Turnstile
- Checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot.
- Brevo
- Stores contact details from the site's forms and sends follow-up email.
- Postmark
- Emails form submissions to me.
- Calendly and Google Calendar
- Book and hold calls.
- Tally
- Runs the client intake form.
- Zapier, Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Copy intake form answers and the files you upload with them into my client records. No Amazon account data goes through these.
- Stripe
- Processes payments. I never see or store your full card or bank account number.
- Vercel
- Hosts the website.
- Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API
- Read your Amazon account data, only after you authorize it.
- Microsoft Azure (Key Vault and Azure SQL)
- Stores Amazon account data and the API access tokens you authorize, encrypted. This is the only place that data is kept.
