Your Amazon launch, done for you
From $2,500 a month during launch
I work with a small number of brands at a time, so each one gets me, not an account manager. If I'm full, I'll tell you when I can start.
What I handle
- Seller Central setup (you verify your identity; I handle the rest)
- Brand Registry enrollment and brand protection
- Product listings: titles, bullets, descriptions and search terms
- Images and A+ Content, planned and coordinated
- Compliance documents and category approvals
- Pricing and a margin plan built on Amazon's real fees
- FBA or AWD setup and your first shipments into Amazon
- Advertising launch, with budgets tied to your margins
- First reviews through Amazon's approved programs, and optimization in the first weeks
- Plain-English reporting on what's selling and what it costs
What I need from you
- Your product, packaging and the product details only you know
- A trademark, filed or registered, if you want Brand Registry
- Inventory, or a production date we can plan around
- A decision-maker who can answer questions within a day or two
How a launch runs
- 1
Free fit call
Thirty minutes. You tell me about your product and goals; I tell you honestly whether Amazon makes sense and how I'd approach it.
- 2
Launch plan
What to sell first, how to price it, what it will cost, where the margin is, and the timeline.
- 3
Build
Account setup, Brand Registry, listings and images, compliance and category approvals, and getting inventory into Amazon's network.
- 4
Launch and grow
Advertising, reviews and steady optimization, with reporting you can actually read.
Why it goes faster with me
I've already made the mistakes that cost new sellers months: listings suppressed over a missing attribute, categories that need approval, shipments stuck on prep rules, ads that spend without a margin plan.
One person runs your launch from start to finish, so nothing falls between marketing, operations and finance. You get one answer from someone who sees the whole picture.
My own proprietary tools handle the reporting and advertising optimization, so your budget pays for decisions instead of data entry.
Questions about launches
Whose name is the Amazon account in?
Yours. The seller account belongs to your company. I work inside it with the permissions you grant, and you can see everything I do.
Do I need inventory before we start?
No. The setup work, listings and approvals can start while your product is being made, so you're ready to sell when it arrives.
What happens after the launch?
You choose: I can keep running it month to month, check in as your advisor while your team takes over, or hand you everything with documentation.
What does it cost?
It starts at $2,500 a month for the launch: a flat monthly fee rather than one big project bill. The exact figure depends on how many products you're launching and what's already in place, and I quote it up front after a free call. After launch, ongoing management starts at $1,500 a month.
Let's talk about your brand.
Tell me where you are with Amazon and I'll get back to you personally. If it's a fit, we'll set up a free 30-minute call.
