Stake Your Claim and Farmer Bob's Bird Dog terms

Stake Your Claim and Farmer Bob's Bird Dog are optional services from Robert Ralph, LLC, dba Farmer Bob's Amazon Advisory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the United States Patent and Trademark Office or Amazon. We are not a law firm and don't give legal advice.

Our general Terms of Service also apply. Where they differ, these terms control for these two services.

For a one-time fee of $499, we help you enroll your trademark in Amazon Brand Registry: we review your Amazon account, prepare the application, and walk you through Amazon's verification. Amazon decides whether to approve a brand; we can't guarantee approval or its timing.

You must own the trademark or be authorized by its owner, and the information you give us must be accurate. Amazon's verification code goes to the contact on the trademark filing, and you agree to pass it to us promptly.

The fee includes 3 months of Farmer Bob's Bird Dog Watch. If you paid by card, Watch then continues at $29 a month on the same card until you cancel. We remind you by email before the first charge, and you can cancel any time before it. If you paid by check, Watch ends after the included months unless you choose to continue.

If you don't have product or packaging photos yet, you can reserve now and enroll once you do. The fee pays for work that starts right away, so it is non-refundable once we have begun.

Watch ($29 a month or $290 a year) checks Amazon daily for listings that use your brand name, and checks new USPTO filings for marks that look or sound like yours. Guard ($99 a month) adds daily checks on up to 10 of your Amazon products.

Alerts report what we found from public data. They aren't a legal opinion about likelihood of confusion, infringement or whether to oppose a filing. For those questions, talk to a trademark attorney. Monitoring can miss things, and we don't promise to catch every listing or filing.

When an alert needs action on Amazon, we can handle one enforcement action (a report, an Amazon case or a takedown request) for $149. You confirm you have the right to make each report.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We give at least 60 days' notice before changing a price, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and service continues until then.

Checks are accepted only for Stake Your Claim and a year of Watch, payable to Robert Ralph, LLC. Service starts when the check arrives.

We use the details you give us only to provide these services and to contact you about them. We never sell them. Each customer's alerts and data stay confidential to that customer.

We may work with other brands in your category, but never share your information or name you to them.
